Use of the Translation Memory Technology
To best optimize and to better cut client’s costs, A.B.C. utilizes the translation memory technology – Trados Software. This software makes it possible to effectively combine all three components needed for the successful provision of services, to wit: 1) price optimization, 2) high quality guarantee, and 3) translation performance efficiency.
Our experience using Translation Memory since 2007, and a large terminology base in Trados Software covering various topics empowers us to perform translations within the shortest time possible while maintaining the highest level of quality. The translation base is updated daily and is constantly expanding!
Client Support Arrangements
Every client is assigned a dedicated Account Manager, who functions as the direct point-of-contact concierge for client support throughout the duration of our cooperation and responds to any and all requests, queries, and comments. The Account Managers provide detailed information regarding every order or project, coordinate the work of A.B.C.’s qualified personnel, and organize communication between A.B.C.’s qualified personnel and a client.
A team of full-time translators is formed for each particular client to assure the highest quality of A.B.C.’s team work.
Individual glossaries are made for corporate clients, subject to the specific features of a project, the client’s corporate style and wishes. This ensures consistency of terminology, which is particularly important when translating amendments or other versions of a document.
Every project is checked by a professional editor (expert in the relevant subject matter of translation) and by a proofreader.
